Rendering simulating a red garnet cut in this design.

I was thinking about a neat design for garnet... Garnets are ofter red, sometimes a nice cherry red color. So why not to try a design with a cherry shape? ("Sakuranbo" is the Japanese cherry fruit)

This design has been optimized for garnet RI (I'd say 1.70 and up would be good...), if you plan to cut this in different materials please check the performance with gemray or your favorite software.

Being cherry-shaped, this design is intended to be cut in pairs!
