This is an easy and fast minibarion design for those pieces of rough that aren't too large and wants to be cut as an oval. It is likely to perform well with dark-ish stones because of the low number of facets and it's not a deep design as well, providing large flashes. Of course don't expect miracles...
I find it especially suited for garnets, but renderings using quartz material settings are promising as well.
