This traditional emerald cut weighs 1.26 carats. Chrome may have its ruby, emerald and alexandrite, but my love is loyal to tourmaline. A good chrome(most likely the species dravite colored by vanadium) tourmaline has a different presence than verdelite and Paraiba. I think it is great and it has earned a place in the collection based on color alone. A move that can prove costly.
