This deep oval, which has horizontal split mains on the pavilion and a high crow, weighs 20.17 carats. This clean bright peach of a gem became my Christmas tourmaline one year since it helped work away a difficult holiday for me. I was once shown a prized unheated Pad sapphire(I can't pronounce the real name so I don't think of it that way) by an high end deal and its color, saturation and tone were a dead ringer for this tourmaline. Take the tourmaline train and you won't miss many colorful stops for beauty in gems.
